RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
A RMA and Item Number are required for all refunds and exchanges. Please submit one request form per item. Click here to fill out our RMA request form to obtain a RMA number
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE:
1. Include a copy of the original invoice or a copy of the related email billing inside the returning package.
2. The RMA and Item Number must be written outside of the returning package. Packages without the RMA and Item Number written outside of the package will be returned to sender unopened.
3. Ship the returning item with tracking number.
4. Postmark must be within 7 business days you receive our RMA number.
DISCLAIMER: We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, We shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
